Ingredients:
6 eggs
6 slices of bacon
Salt & pepper if required
How to Make:
- Prepare the bacon by frying in a pan or skillet, then drain excess fat. Then break it into small bite-size portions.
- Crack open the eggs and scramble for one minute.
- Take a muffin baking tin, grease it generously. Scoop a portion of the scrambled eggs using a ladle or measuring cup to correct portions.
- Place a few pieces of bacon into each cup.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
- You may like your eggs softer or more golden-brown, so keep checking after 15 minutes has passed and adjusted cooking time accordingly.
