Here’s some great news! Just because you’re following the Keto Diet doesn’t mean you have to give up desserts. But it does mean you will have to replace sugar with a keto-friendly substitute.
This tasty ice-cream recipe is full of flavor and easy to make.

Keto Dessert - Delicious Vanilla Ice Cream
Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
- * Cocoa powder
- * 2 Eggs
- * Keto friendly sugar substitute
- * Heavy whipping cream
- * Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Separate the 2 egg yolks from the whites.
- Add 1 tsp vanilla extract into eggs and mix the yolks.
- Add one cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/3 cup sugar substitute into a saucepan.
- Bring to a slow boil.
- Once mixture starts boiling, add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder into the mix and stir gently.
- Let mixture continue cooking.
- 7. When mixture starts to thicken, turn heat off.
- Allow mix to cool a little.
- Add mixture to egg mix and stir well.
- Place mixture in freezer.
- Take out mixture and stir every 30 minutes.
- After 4 to 5 hours, you'll have tasty vanilla keto ice cream.
