Keto Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe Will Stop You Feeling Guilty

Here’s some great news! Just because you’re following the Keto Diet doesn’t mean you have to give up desserts. But it does mean you will have to replace sugar with a keto-friendly substitute.

This tasty ice-cream recipe is full of flavor and easy to make.

Keto Dessert - Delicious Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • * Cocoa powder
  • * 2 Eggs
  • * Keto friendly sugar substitute
  • * Heavy whipping cream
  • * Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Separate the 2 egg yolks from the whites.
  • Add 1 tsp vanilla extract into eggs and mix the yolks.
  • Add one cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/3 cup sugar substitute into a saucepan.
  • Bring to a slow boil.
  • Once mixture starts boiling, add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder into the mix and stir gently.
  • Let mixture continue cooking.
  • 7. When mixture starts to thicken, turn heat off.
  • Allow mix to cool a little.
  • Add mixture to egg mix and stir well.
  • Place mixture in freezer.
  • Take out mixture and stir every 30 minutes.
  • After 4 to 5 hours, you'll have tasty vanilla keto ice cream.
