Ingredients
- 1 lb good quality steak
- 1 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ⅓ cup cooking oil
- 2 tbsp sliced green onion
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Make sure you remove any surplus fat from the edges of the steak, place it in a shallow bowl.
