I love fish! It’s been around two years since I stopped eating red meat and for me, the only real alternative is a good helping of tasty fish.

The problem is fish doesn’t really have much of a taste.

But you’ll find this recipe will add a little zest into your keto lunch or keto dinner. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and tastes delicious!

How to Cook Quick & Easy Keto-Diet Recipe: Garlic & Herb Fish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pound fish fillets

Instructions

  • Start the broiler (means turn on grill in the UK) on your cooker.
  • Mix mayo, garlic and herbs in a bowl and coat one side of the fish using half of the mixture.
  • Place the fish on a pan and place in the oven 4 inches away from the heat and broil (grill) for 6-8 minutes.
  • Take out the fish and turn it over and coat the other side using the other half of the mixture.
  • Place back in the oven and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes.

Yields: 4 servings

Approx. Net Carbs: 1 gram per serving
