KETO & LOW CARB - Chinese Stir Fry Beef and Broccoli
This tasty typical Chinese dish will let you enjoy ethnic cuisine while following the Keto Diet or following a low carb recipe.

beef cut into thin strips

broccoli (cut into small florets)

Coconut oil

Chopped onion

Chopped garlic (4 tbsp)

Soy sauce
MARINADE

Chili powder

tbsp
Turmeric powder

tbsp
Cinnamon powder

Pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix the sliced beef with the marinade ingredients and allow to sit for an hour or two.
Heat wok and add in coconut oil.
When oil is hot, add in chopped onions and stir fry till golden brown.
Add in garlic and beef strips and fry under low heat.
Keep stirring until beef is cooked.
Turn up the flames to high heat.
Add in the broccoli and soy sauce and stir mix well.
Add in 3 tbsp of water to the mix and stir well under high heat. When you see the broccoli is cooked, remove from pan and it's ready to serve.
