KETO & LOW CARB – Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • ¼ cup Almond meal
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • tsp Chicken broth
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Break egg in bowl and add broth inside. Mix well.
  • Add all the ingredients in group 1 into a food processor and grind them. This is your breading
  • Use a meat tenderizer and soften the chicken. Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in pan. Add in tomato sauce and 1 tsp of garlic. Add some salt, pepper and cinnamon powder to taste. Cook the sauce for 20 minutes under low heat.
  • Take chicken breast, dip it in egg and coat it well on both sides. Then dip the chicken slice in the breading (on both sides).
  • Repeat with other 2 chicken pieces.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and fry all 3 pieces of chicken until they are nice and brown.
  • Remove chicken pieces and place on a dish. Pour sauce on the chicken.
  • Ready to serve.
