Ingredients:

6 eggs

6 slices of bacon

Salt & pepper if required

How to Make:

  1. Prepare the bacon by frying in a pan or skillet, then drain excess fat. Then break it into small bite-size portions.
  2. Crack open the eggs and scramble for one minute.
  3. Take a muffin baking tin, grease it generously. Scoop a portion of the scrambled eggs using a ladle or measuring cup to correct portions.
  4. Place a few pieces of bacon into each cup.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
  6. You may like your eggs softer or more golden-brown, so keep checking after 15 minutes has passed and adjusted cooking time accordingly.
