Keto Chicken Parmesan Recipe

KETO & LOW CARB – Chicken Parmesan Recipe
Delicious and nourishing chicken parmesan dish
Ingredients
- 3 Chicken breasts
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tsp Paprika
- ¼ cup Almond meal
- 1 tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1½ tsp Chicken broth
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Break egg in bowl and add broth inside. Mix well.
- Add all the ingredients in group 1 into a food processor and grind them. This is your breading
- Use a meat tenderizer and soften the chicken. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in pan. Add in tomato sauce and 1 tsp of garlic. Add some salt, pepper and cinnamon powder to taste. Cook the sauce for 20 minutes under low heat.
- Take chicken breast, dip it in egg and coat it well on both sides. Then dip the chicken slice in the breading (on both sides).
- Repeat with other 2 chicken pieces.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry all 3 pieces of chicken until they are nice and brown.
- Remove chicken pieces and place on a dish. Pour sauce on the chicken.
- Ready to serve.
