How to Marinate Chicken Recipe

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili pepper
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 tbsp black pepper (aka Cameroon pepper)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp vinegar
- White cherry wine
- Garlic Ginger
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Lemon Juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash your chicken thoroughly.
- Pour water in a preferred bowl, add salt, and other ingredients in no particular order.
- Pour the mixture on the chicken (if you are using a ziploc bag like in the video, seal and massage thoroughly. If you are using a bowl, massage the chicken in the bowl before placing it in your refrigerator or freezer).
- N/B: This marinade can stay for as long as you want them.
